Deep Tissue  A true deep tissue includes warming the muscle before specific deep pressure is applied to get to the lower levels of muscles. Some discomfort is normal to achieve relief. A deep tissue should never be painful. Please communicate with your therapist if there is any pain.

Himalayan Salt Hot Stone The use of Himalayan Salt "stones" that have been heated and covered in oil to glide over your skin while the heat gently warms your muscles and relieves tension. Not recommended for individuals with circulatory problems, heart problems, if you suspect or are pregnant.
