My name is Heather Boggess and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 4 years. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 2013. I then became certified from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC in 2017. There, they focus on practical treatments for every individual. In 2019 I became a Reiki Practitioner to learn ways to benefit others and myself. 

After learning and crafting my niche in the massage world; I started focusing on chronic pain and scar tissue management. Many of the people that I worked on had incredible pain where Western Medicine just didn't work and were relying on massage as a last resort. I have also found that massage is a great way prevent injury or surgery in many cases. 

I enjoy greatly to create a treatment plan and discuss options and self care with each of my clients.
