My name is Heather Boggess and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 6 years. I have had the pleasure to learn techniques that help revitalize, rejuvenate and relax the mind, body and soul. I went to school for massage in North Carolina in 2017 and became certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Oncology massage. I am also a Level II Reiki Practitioner where I incorporate energy work into my massage to find and help guide you to heal and find peace.

I specialize in chronic pain and scar tissue management. Most people assume, once there is scar tissue, that they have healed. For many, the pain has just begun and has transformed from acute to chronic.
